Pricing & TERMS Disclaimer
At First Class Events UK, we believe in transparency and clarity. Please note the following terms regarding our services and pricing:
1. Service Fees Only
• All package prices listed are for our planning, coordination, and styling services only.
• Vendor costs (e.g., venue hire, catering, florals, photography, entertainment, rentals) are not included in our fees and are billed separately by suppliers.
2. Starting From Pricing
• All listed prices are “starting from” rates. Final quotes may vary depending on event size, location, complexity, guest numbers, and additional requirements.
• A detailed proposal will be provided after your consultation.
3. Travel & Accommodation
• Events outside of [Your City/Region] may incur additional travel and accommodation fees. These will be clearly communicated before booking.
4. Payment Terms
• A non-refundable deposit of 30–40% (based on package) is required to secure your date.
• The remaining balance is payable in instalments, with final payment due no later than 14 days before the event.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
• In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Additional cancellation terms will be outlined in your client contract.
6. Event Day Coverage
• Package inclusions specify a set number of hours. Additional hours will be billed at £75/hour.
• Where necessary, assistants or additional coordinators may be added to your package (costs communicated in advance).
7. Custom Packages
• For larger-scale, luxury, or destination events, bespoke packages are available. Pricing will be tailored to reflect the scope of services required.
