Pricing Structure

Payment Structure for First Class Events UK

Weddings (Full, Partial & Day-of Packages)
      •     Deposit (Booking Fee): 30%
      •     Non-refundable. Secures your event date and covers initial planning work.
      •     Second Instalment: 40%
      •     Due halfway between booking and the event date (or 6 months before the wedding, whichever comes first).
      •     Final Balance: 30%
      •     Due 28 days before the wedding date.

Celebrations & Corporate Events
      •     Deposit (Booking Fee): 40%
      •     Non-refundable. Higher deposit recommended as these events are usually shorter lead-time.
      •     Final Balance: 60%
      •     Due 28 days before the event date.

Digital Products (Ebook, Templates, Courses)
      •     Paid in full at the time of purchase.
      •     Delivered instantly (or on launch date if pre-ordered).
      •     No refunds due to digital nature of products.

Optional Add-ons & Overtime Charges
      •     Add-ons (e.g., décor styling, DIY consultation, travel fees) are billed separately and payable in advance.
      •     Additional hours on event day are billed at £75/hr, invoiced within 7 days post-event.

To secure your date, we require a non-refundable deposit (30–40% depending on package).


The remaining balance is split into instalments, with the final payment due 14 days before your event. For digital products, payment is required in full at the time of purchase.


Please note that all vendor costs are billed separately and not included in our service fees.
